If you would like to see more of Corfu, some of the activities we would recommend are:  

• Enjoy swimming at some of the other beautiful beaches along the coast, including Glyfada
• Visit the Myrtiotissa monastery nearby while in Glyfada
• Take a boat ride through the turquoise waters of Paleokastritsa and see the extraordinary ‘blue eye’ and magic coloured caves
• Have a fun-packed day at the Aqualand Waterpark (7km)
• Horseride at Ropa’s Livadi
• Play a round of golf at the Golf Club
• Visit the cultural - historic museum of Mesi
• Tour the Palace of Archillion
• Marvel at the magnificent sunsets seen from Pelakas

Further away, but well worth seeing, is the town of Corfu (15km) with its charming Italian style buildings and narrow streets and alleyways lined with shops, cafes and restaurants.   There are two enormous Fortresses and a palace that are well worth seeing.      

Canoni is not far from Corfu Town and is a spectacular site which has become an icon. Mouse Island and the little church set out in the bay are beautiful to look at, both day and night.

Driving around Corfu offers extraordinary views of the magnificent coastline and the beauty of the mountains and rivers of the inland areas.   Dandidis has its own taxi service for guests to travel to various attractions.  There is also a public bus route to and from Agios Gordis and Corfu Town and hire cars are available through rental companies for collection from the airport.
